Introduction

There are decisions to be made & options to be weighed before you read any of the following chapters:

    • Do you want to be thin more than anything else?
    • Are you willing to devote your life to try to accomplish perfection?
    • Do you have what it takes to resist your own birthday cake?
    • Are you ready to risk your life to be tiny?
    • Can you force yourself over a public restroom toilet for thirty minutes?

If you have answered "no" or found yourself doubtful when answering "yes" to any of these questions then it would be very wise of you to redirect yourself to a different site. This is not a guide to losing weight but a manual on the anorexic & bulimic lifestyle. It cannot be stressed enough that if you are not absolutely & completely set on living this for the rest of your life then you should not have even read this far.

If you have reasoned that this is the path that you ultimately want to take then I urge you to reconsider. Not only is becoming anorexic &/or bulimic a full time job, but it is also very unrewarding. It takes full dedication on a 24 hour basis to constantly count calories, carbs & fat eaten & burned. This is not the lifestyle lived by the weak & easily tempted.

If you make the choice to continue on to the following chapters, please remember that once you hit a certain point it is almost impossible to turn back. I will never refer to anorexia or bulimia as a diet, but I will also never refer to it as a disease. You do not choose to have a disease & this is much more than a diet should ever be. Your entire life will change & seem like one big secret. You'll find yourself constantly monitoring what you say & do to avoid being suspecting. You will undoubtedly reach the point of paranoia. You'll practically consist of air, but you won't even be able to appreciate it. You'll never live up to your own standards of perfection. It is exhausting to become & remain anorexic &/or bulimic, but the more thin you become, the less the consequences seem to matter. Why would anyone ever make a conscious decision to live this way? The answer is simple: Nothing tastes as good as being thin feels.
